Important Information for All Appointments

Before booking your appointment, please take a moment to carefully read the following important details:

1. Pre-Appointment Guidelines
For your safety and the best results, please allow at least two weeks before or after any vaccinations before scheduling your appointment. Additionally, please inform us of any contraindications or health concerns that may affect your treatment.

2. Deposit and Payment Policy
A deposit is required to secure your appointment, and this deposit will be deducted from your total treatment cost on the day of the procedure.

  • Rescheduling or Cancellation: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. Your deposit will remain on file for use toward a future appointment if rescheduled.

  • Refund Policy: If you wish to request a refund, a 10% processing fee will apply. There are no fees for rescheduling; please notify us if you wish to cancel and receive a refund.

3. Late Arrival and No-Show Policy

  • No-Show or Late Arrival: Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late or miss more than one-third of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, regardless of the reason.

4. Illness and Health Concerns
If you experience symptoms such as cold sores, Covid-related symptoms, or feel unwell on the day of your appointment, please contact us before 8 AM and provide a doctor’s sick certificate. If we are not notified in advance, your deposit will be forfeited.

5. Aftercare and Review Appointments
We offer complimentary review appointments following your treatment to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that refunds are not available once the treatment has been performed.

6. First-Time Patient Information
If you are a first-time patient, we recommend reviewing our information page carefully before your appointment. This will help you understand the treatment process and set proper expectations for the results.
